This is the QPwn-200 edition. We use this box when we need something small but powerful. With two network interfaces, it is a perfect setup for remote management (reverse ssh to homebase), use the other interface for sniffing 1 Gig LAN traffic. Just like the QPwn-100, this box has wireless interface for WiFi cracking. We recommend this box when you need processing power, huge storage in a small compact appliance. It is used for remote attack and penetration testing, compliance assessments and wireless assessments but it can also run the BlueBox, BlackBox, RedBox and GreenBox containers.
Remote Site security assessments and penetration testing are performed infrequently, rare or perhaps never done at all. Insecure and rogue connections can exist for months, if not years, before a breach within these environments is discovered. Threat actors using sophisticated cyber-attacks are persistent in attempting to gain access to your weakest link, which is often your ‘remote and isolated sites’.
The QPwn Box was developed to allow internal cyber security Red Teams to conduct frequent and reoccurring penetration tests, vulnerability assessments at hard to reach remote sites. The QPwn Box will allow remote assessments from virtually any location without the risks of having open public-facing ports or the cost of running expensive VPN solutions. The QPwn Box essentially empowers the internal security or audit staff to gain on-premise testing capabilities through inexpensive and better-secured channels.
